Thank you for using Storagely ("Storagely," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile, desktop, and web apps, and when you visit https://storagely.top (the "Site").

1. What Storagely Does
Storagely is a photo-based inventory app that runs fully offline. You can create boxes, attach photos, add items, and search everything you own without sending your data to our servers.

2. Information We Handle
- On-device content: Photos, item names, notes, locations/tags, and backups you create are stored locally on your device. They are encrypted at rest using AES-256 when your device supports it.
- Optional backups: You can export an encrypted backup file and store it wherever you choose (for example, cloud storage you control). We cannot access or retrieve these files.
- Device features: We request camera/photo-library, local storage, and optional biometric permissions so you can capture items, save them, and lock the app. These permissions are used only on your device.
- Support communications: If you contact us at bartzalewskidev@gmail.com, we will use the information you provide to respond.
- Website data: On the Site we may use essential cookies or limited analytics to keep the site working and understand basic usage. We do not use ad trackers.
- Payments: Purchases made through app stores are processed by Apple, Google, or the platform you use. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Information
- Operate the app entirely on your device.
- Provide support when you reach out.
- Improve the Site and product experience using aggregated, non-identifying information.

4. Sharing and Selling of Data
We do not sell your data. We do not share your inventory, photos, or backups with third parties. Limited data may be shared with service providers that run the Site (for example, hosting) or process payments (app stores), solely to provide those services.

5. Data Retention and Control
- Your inventory lives on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Backup files remain wherever you saved them until you delete them. Because they are stored in locations you control, we cannot delete them for you.
- Support emails are kept only as long as needed to address your request.

6. Security
Storagely encrypts local data (AES-256) and supports optional passcode or biometric lock. Because your data stays on your device and in your chosen backup location, keep your device and backup destinations secure.

7. Children’s Privacy
Storagely is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, when changes are significant, we will provide notice on the Site or in-app.
