Terms and Conditions for Storagely

Last Updated: 2025-11-24

Welcome to Storagely. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Storagely apps and the website at https://storagely.top (the "Site"). By installing, accessing, or using Storagely, you agree to these Terms.

1) What Storagely Provides
Storagely is an offline, photo-based inventory app that helps you organize boxes and items, attach photos, add notes, and search quickly. Smart backup exports let you save encrypted copies where you choose.

2) Eligibility and Accounts
No account is required to use Storagely. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for ensuring you have permission to use any device or storage location with the app.

3) Purchases and Refunds
Storagely is sold as a one-time purchase through app stores or other platforms. Payments are processed by the store provider, and any refunds follow that provider’s policies and timelines.

4) License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Storagely for your own household or business organization. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or use the app to offer a competing hosted service.

5) Your Content and Backups
You own the photos, item details, notes, and backups you create. You control where backup files are stored; we cannot access or retrieve them. You are responsible for securing and deleting backups you no longer want.

6) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at https://storagely.top/privacy-policy explains how we handle information. Because Storagely runs offline, your inventory stays on your devices unless you export it.

7) Device Permissions and Security
Camera, storage, and optional biometric permissions are used only to capture and protect your inventory. Keep your device, passcode, and backups safe; we are not liable for loss resulting from unsecured devices or third-party storage locations you control.

8) Intellectual Property
The Storagely app, brand, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Using Storagely does not give you rights to our trademarks or other proprietary content.

9) Availability and Changes
We may update the app or Site to improve performance, add or remove features, or fix issues. We aim to keep services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Storagely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Storagely or the Site.

11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
